
My food reflects my many experiences and the core values that I was raised with, it is exciting, vibrant and delicious; clean, simple and honest; seasonal and fitting to the occasion. My process of creating a menu is intuitive, instinctual, playful, and begins with the best ingredients available. Taking into account what is in season locally to ensure that the freshest produce possible is used I also seek out interesting shops all over town to ensure the authenticity and diversity of the food. By sourcing out local and seasonal products from smaller companies I believe we encourage sustainable environmental and economic practices.
